2016 Nachschlag, Winzerhof Stahl

With its Riesling-like acid structure, the Winzerhof Stahl is surprisingly far removed from the conventional white wine. Riesling and Scheurebe get along damn well in this wonderful summer cuvée. The Riesling builds the framework in the aftermath, the Scheurebe adds its typical fruity components.
