Created in 1815 in a laboratory in Milan by Ausano Ramazzotti, this Italian bitters is an ode to one fruit: the orange. Though the recipe is a secret, the flavours of sweet Sicilian orange, bitter orange from Curaçao, star anise and cardamom can be easily discerned.
